During the DISCOVERING YOUR DARING WAY retreat, we will explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. In the safety of the small group,
we dig deep into thoughts, emotions and behaviors that hold us back from
living fuller lives. We will begin to identify new choices and practices that will
help move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus of our weekend is on developing shame resilience skills and embracing practices that can transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. The format will include video teachings, personal and experiential exercises and group activities.

ABOUT the Retreat
Kim is passionate about many things; primary among them is helping people live more authentic and whole hearted lives. It's her deepest longing to show up, be seen and live her authentic self in every aspect of her life and relational journey. Through a variety of difficult life challenges, she has come full circle, and truly understands the importance of owning our own story. She would love to share in your process of discovering and recovering your own story.
"You either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness."
- Brene' Brown
As a licensed psychotherapist with 23 years experience, a graduate of the Sedona Women's Institute Facilitator Training program and a Certified Daring Way facilitator, Kim has the skills, life experience and passion for assisting people in recognizing their shame, worthiness, self- doubt, perfectionism and creating movement toward living more authentic and meaningful lives.
Having completed Brene' Brown's The Daring Way certification training ~ which gives language to the universal and often unspeakable experience of shame, and provides the tools needed to move through these stuck places ~ Kim is honored to share Brene's important work with other women.
She believes that "...by becoming braver ourselves, we make the world a braver and more beautiful place for all of us."
